At The Pregnancy Center of South West Iowa, we promote life and offer alternatives to the abortion of an unborn baby. We provide counseling, education and practical assistance to any woman in need. Any unplanned pregnancy can be a crisis. Every situation deserves compassion and understanding. We offer free and confidential services to any woman regardless of her situation. OUr trained, volunteer counselors provide honest and frank information regarding sexuality in privacy, with confidentiality and respect.

*Free walk-in pregnancy testing.

*Accurate information regarding pregnancy, sexally transmitted diseases, adoption and abortion.

*Referrals to medical and social services.
*Confidential counseling and referrals for any woman considering the gift of adoption.

*Prenatal and parenting classes in small groups.

*Our "New Beginnings" Program enables parents to earn new and used baby necessities.

*Educational books, videos, and DVD's on pregnancy, parenting, std's, abortion and sexual integrity.

* Free brochures, pamphlets and tracts on all topics of sexuality.

*Post-abortion counseling and support provided with compassion, dignity and respect.

*Spiritual guidance that is biblical and Christ-centered, encouraging and uplifting.
